Acceptance And Surrender
Acceptance is the way to peace. Peace is the opposite to conflict, so
what is conflict:
When what you think and feel are different of: . Where you are
. With who you are
. With what you do
It is easy to surrender when you recognize that every experience has
value. You do not have to enjoy the situation, just allow it.
You accept when you stop to ask: WHY? stop trying to understand
the reason of everything... there is an infinite intelligence that runs your
body: you do not ask why or how the blood transports oxygen to all your
body... you just accept it... in the same way, we can accept everything
in our life if we understand that our thinking mind can not see the
You Can Only Have One Feeling At A Time
We can not have two feelings or two thoughts at the same time... they
can be so close to each other that we think it is possible but it is
not... You could say: I am feeling angry, frustrated, sad at the
moment... but the reality is you are feeling angry, and then frustrated
and then sad... each feeling is in each moment...so when you have a
feeling that you do not like, look around you for reasons to feel
appreciation, and in that way you will replace the feelings... for example:
"I am feeling sad"... Look for a reason to feel better: "It is a beautiful
day" (for that moment you could feel only appreciation), "but I am feeling
sad... I can hear the birds, and that flower is beautiful... I am so
sad, the trees started to have leaves, the sun is so warm, I am lucky to
be able to see this..."
You see, slowly the new feelings will be replacing the old feelings....
Practice with a Rampage Of Appreciation:
- Look around and focus in something that pleases you.
-Notice your feelings and appreciate them
-Look around and choose other things that make you feel well
The more you look for the more the universe will give you the same.
