Doing the dishes can change your life!!! Find that thing which lifts you... Xxx

A friend of a friend (of a friend!) was telling them how their life has changed after taking a job as a dishwasher in a restaurant. The threat of having their benefits cut off motivated them to seek a job and they found this.

And they have since, commendably completely turned their life around! They have stopped drinking, smoking and are doing infinitely better with their state of mind.

Being constantly busy and not in a negative mindset has obviously allowed their vibration to rise to new levels and taken their life to the next stage.

It doesn't matter what you do, all that counts is that you're focused and allowing positivity to flow through you. There are so many endeavours you can try to help reach for a better state of mind- if you're physically inclined then you've got everything from: yoga to dance to sports and for those more mind based you can appreciate music, film, the arts and all sorts.

All that matters is that you reach for something better and it could completely turn your life around!
