The home advantage- an interesting psychological thing... Xxx

In sports, the home field advantage is the phenomena of the team who is playing in their familiar space, having a stronger chance of winning the match. It's a mix of psychological positivity, the fans, the weather and terrain.

So much so, the organisations would seek to have the matches at neutral spaces as one study found that the home advantage can result in over 37% more goals!

How interesting, it's the feeling of comfortability, having the warmth and support of your friends and fans which help you to be the best you can be!

And so, you want to create a home advantage with you wherever you are. You want to generate the good feelings of being at ease and confidence with your own cheering squad (internal or otherwise!). So everywhere can feel like home, because you take you with you wherever you go.

Try your best to feel confident, sure, ease and flow wherever you are, then you can play your best match each time, every time.

Infinitely easier said than done but what we want you to do is to train and focus your mind so you're constantly reaching for better feeling thoughts and emotions. It's all about the fun of it!
